Founded in 2017

Klaren was founded in 2017 by Jordan Byman, however, he started his first IT company back in 1997. He and the leadership team know IT better than anyone!

The Reason
Our “reason for being” was to help organizations to better focus their IT so that their technology was more closely aligned with the business’ goals.

Being Different
Jordan believed that there was a conflict of interest in letting IT vendors advise clients on what technologies to adopt when they were motivated by profit rather than what is best for the client.

Creative Solution
Jordan created the "Digital Advisor" role in order to oversee IT strategy and ensure all decisions being made were made strategically and in line with the business’ goals.

We offer a free initial meeting to all prospective clients. A Digital Advisor helps you decide what is the best path to take toward your goals. If a project needs to be executed, the Konvert project team is engaged, based on your needs. And if support is called for, we will provide you with an appropriately sized Komplete agreement governing end-to-end IT support. The agreements’ size and scope will always be based on what is best and right-sized for you. You are able to focus on business outcomes while we focus on your technology.
